My Background
I paint abstract seascapes to show my observations and connection with the natural world. I have spent 10 years developing my signature style to tell my story, through the lense of the ocean.

I use a structural paste to create texture to the base of the canvas applied with my hand to map out my experience from my nature connection, adding depth and layers from my memories.
I then apply oceanic tones of Acrylic paint to develop the story of my visit to the ocean and paint the story I felt using my senses.

I enjoy spending time observing the ocean - noticing the time of day, the weather, the season and how I am feeling.
I often leave with an idea, a story or a piece of guidence.
I then paint this and share it with the world.
